Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5) is an anti-mouse IL-10 IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5) restores the anti-tumor activity of IL-6 by blocking the IL-10/SOCS3 axis. Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5) can reverse microcirculation and cognitive deficits. Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5) can be used for researches on cancer and metabolic disease such as osteosarcoma and type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM)[1][2][3].

Animal Model: Female SJL mice with an EAE (8-12 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice a week from the day 6 after immunization
Result: Weakened the protective effect of MaR1.
Increased IL-17+CD4+ T cells infiltration.
Animal Model: STZ (75 mg/kg) injected C57BL/6J mice (2-6 months)[2]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), twice a week
Result: Significantly reduced the density of blocked capillaries in different brain regions.
Animal Model: 1×106 K7M2 cells injected BALB/c mice (6 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 300 μg, combined with Mifamurtide (30 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose 1 h after cell injection
Result: Significantly reduced lung metastasis of tumor cells.
