Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human PD-L1 Antibody (368A.4H1) (10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每周一次，共 6 周) 可显著抑制亚硝基-N-甲基脲 (NMU) (HY-34758) 诱导的乳腺肿瘤模型大鼠的肿瘤生长[2]。

Animal Model: 4-Nitroquinoline N-oxide (4NQO) (HY-33354)‑induced oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) rats models (SD, male, 16 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 200 μg/rat
Administration: Submucosally injection, twice a week at 16-20 week
Result: Alleviated mucosal lesions and the pathological impairment of OSCC.
Decreased CD8+T and CD11b cells.
Animal Model: Nitroso-N-methylurea (NMU) (HY-34758)-induced mammary tumor rats models (SD, female, 3-4 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection, weekly for 6 weeks
Result: Significantly suppressed tumor growth.
