Anti-Rat CD80/B7-1 Antibody (3H5) (1 mg/rat，腹腔注射，隔天一次，持续 2 周) 可通过抑制 HTLV-1 肿瘤大鼠模型中 TARS-1 特异性 T 细胞克隆的扩增来促进肿瘤生长[1]。
Anti-Rat CD80/B7-1 Antibody (3H5) (6 mg/kg，静脉注射，单剂量) 可阻断缺血/再灌注损伤大鼠模型中直小血管内单核细胞的黏附[2]。

Animal Model: HTLV-1 tumor rat models[1]
Dosage: 1 mg/rat
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every other day for 2 weeks
Result: Tumor development consistently and had visible lung metastasis.
Revealed a lymphoma-like appearance and infiltration of tumor cells in the lungs.
Exhibited a markedly reduced level of proliferative and CTL response against TARS-1 cells in splenic T cells.
Animal Model: Ischemia/reperfusion injury rat modes[2]
Dosage: 6 mg/kg
Administration: Intravenously injection
Result: Showed low serum creatinine and less tubular necrosis.
Had significantly more intact tubules and minimal signs of tubular damage.
Reduced monocytes and T cells in the vasa recta in the ISOM.
