DDX5 Antibody (YA2666) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to DDX5.

DDX5 是一种参与 pre-mRNA 剪接替代调控的 RNA 解旋酶，其活性依赖于 RBM4 并促进 tau 外显子 10 的包含。它能结合 tau pre-mRNA 外显子 10 下游的茎环结构区域，且单链 RNA 可显著刺激其 ATP 水解速率。该蛋白还参与转录调控（不依赖解旋酶活性），作为雄激素受体 AR（非 ESR1）的共激活因子，并与 DDX17 和 SRA1 RNA 协同激活 MYOD1 转录活性以促进骨骼肌分化。同时，它是 p53/TP53 的共激活因子，参与 DNA 损伤响应和凋亡，也是 RUNX2 的共激活因子以调控成骨细胞分化。此外，DDX5 能通过与 HDAC1 等组蛋白去乙酰化酶结合实现启动子特异性转录抑制，并作为大型 PER 复合物组分通过抑制 PER1 和 NR1D1 等节律基因的 3' 转录终止来调控昼夜节律。

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue using DDX5 Antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
