ATX-II is a specific Na+ channel Modulator toxin that can be isolated from the venom of sea anemone (Anemonia sulcata). ATX-II causes delayed inactivation of the Na+Halothane (HY-B1010), Caffeine, and Ryanodine (HY-103306). ATX-II also induces pulmonary vein arrhythmogenesis and atrial fibrillation[1][2].
