Avdoralimab  (Synonyms: 艾朵利单抗; IPH 5401; Anti-C5aR1 mAb)

Avdoralimab (IPH 5401) is a fully human IgGκ monoclonal antibody that targets the complement C5a receptor 1 (C5aR1) that prevents its binding to C5a. Avdoralimab can be used for complement-driven inflammatory diseases and solid tumours research^[1].

Avdoralimab (IPH 5401) 选择性阻断人骨髓细胞中的 C5a-C5aR1 相互作用及其下游信号传导。在体外，用 Avdoralimab (10-30 μg/mL) 阻断 C5aR1 可抑制 C5a 诱导的中性粒细胞活化。Avdoralimab 阻断由非常高浓度的 C5a 诱导的嗜中性粒细胞活化。Avdoralimab 还在体外抑制 C5a 诱导的中性粒细胞迁移^[1]。

  Human IgG1 kappa

• 
  Immobilized C5AR1 Protein-VLP, Human can bind Avdoralimab. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 8.481 ng/mL.
• 
  Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10⁶ HepG2 cells with Avdoralimab (HY-P99450, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
