Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) is a hormone secreted by cardiomyocytes. BNP has the effects of diuresis, natriuresis, vasodilation, anti-hypertrophy, and anti-fibrosis. BNP inhibits the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone and sympathetic nervous systems to maintain cardiorenal homeostasis and counteract the effects of Heart failure.

脑利钠肽 (BNP) 是心肌细胞分泌的一种激素。BNP 具有利尿、排钠、扩张血管、抗肥大、抗纤维化等作用。BNP 还可抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮和交感神经系统，以维持心肾稳态，并抵消心力衰竭的影响。
