Immune checkpoint blockade (ICB)免疫检查点阻断

Immune checkpoint blocking is a tumor therapy based on the activation mechanism of immune cell T cells. The immune checkpoint consists of programmed death receptors and their ligands expressed on the surface of T cells and on the surface of tumor and myeloid suppressor cells, respectively. When they bind, they can cause T cell exhaustion and tumor killing ability, causing tumor cells to escape. Therefore, blocking therapy is used to inhibit the combination of the two, thus increasing the host immune system's aggression against tumor cells.

免疫检查点阻断 (ICB)，是一种基于免疫细胞T细胞的激活机制的肿瘤治疗方法。免疫检查点，由程序性死亡受体及其配体组成，两者分别在T细胞表面和肿瘤细胞和髓源性抑制细胞表面表达。当它们结合，可使T细胞衰竭而肿瘤杀伤能力，造成肿瘤细胞逃逸。因此利用阻断疗法抑制二者的结合，从而提高宿主免疫系统对肿瘤细胞的攻击性。
