生物活性

Imazalil (Enilconazole) sulfate is a fungicide. Imazalil sulfate has oral activity and strongly activates mPXR but not mCAR in mouse liver. Imazalil sulfate is commonly used to protect various agricultural crops against fungal attack. Imazalil sulfate induces developmental abnormalities, gut microbiota dysbiosis, and hepatic metabolism disorder[1][2][3].

Imazalil (Enilconazole；3、10、30 μM；持续 6 小时) sulfate 显着抑制 IL-17 mRNA[1]。

Imazalil (Enilconazole；25-100 mg/kg；腹腔给药) sulfate 以剂量依赖性方式显着增加肝脏 Cyp3a11 mRNA 水平[2]。
Imazalil (75 mg/kg；腹腔注射；两次；每天一次) sulfate 与 TCPOBOP (3 mg/kg) 联合使用，与单一治疗相比，大大增加了 Ki-67 阳性细胞核的数量和 Mcm2 mRNA 水平。Imazalil sulfate 可加速 TCPOBOP 治疗介导的小鼠肝细胞增殖[2]。
