MAO-B-IN-28 (0.5-128 μM, 24 h) 对 MCF-7 细胞有明显的细胞毒作用，而对 MGC-803、HCT-116 和 HepG2 无明显的细胞毒作用。MAO-B-IN-28 (0.5, 4 μM, 24 h) 对分化 SH-SY5Y 细胞和 HVSMC 细胞均无细胞毒性[1]。
MAO-B-IN-28 (2, 4 μM, 24 h) 不会引起分化的 SH-SY5Y 细胞内 ROS 水平的增加或造成氧化损伤[1]。
