Animal Model: Acute bleeding hemophilia A mouse models[2]
Dosage: 0.5 mg/kg
Administration: Intravenous injection, 0.5 mg/kg, once, before tail clip
Result: Showed no effect on the blood loss compared with control mice, but significantly reduced the blood loss with the combination of aPCC 200 U/kg.
