N4-Acetylcytidine triphosphate sodium (0.1-2 mM；24-48 h) 抑制 BV2 小胶质细胞生长[1]。
N4-Acetylcytidine triphosphate sodium (0.3-1 mM；3-6 h) 激活 NFκB 信号并上调 NLRP3 表达[1]。
N4-乙酰胞苷三磷酸钠 (0.3-1 mM；3 h) 增加 HMGB1 的表达水平[1]。
