在 Calu-3 NSCLC 异种移植瘤中，Pertuzumab (anti-HER2) 或曲妥珠单抗单药治疗可显著抑制肿瘤生长，治疗-对照比 (TCR) 分别为 0.23 和 0.27。曲妥珠单抗与 Pertuzumab (anti-HER2) 联合治疗的抗肿瘤活性显著高于单药治疗 (TCR 0.05，导致肿瘤消退，10 只动物中有 3 只肿瘤完全缓解)。KPL-4 乳腺癌异种移植瘤使用曲妥珠单抗或 Pertuzumab (anti-HER2) 治疗均可抑制肿瘤生长，TCR 分别为 0.67 和 0.65。即使曲妥珠单抗治疗出现进展，Pertuzumab (anti-HER2) 仍能维持抗肿瘤活性^[2]。
