The ADRB1 protein is a beta-adrenergic receptor that critically mediates catecholamine-induced adenylyl cyclase activation through G-protein action. It has the same affinity for epinephrine and norepinephrine and responds to endogenous catecholamines. ADRB1 Protein, Mouse (Cell-Free, His, SUMO) is the recombinant mouse-derived ADRB1 protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
