描述

BAFF/TNFSF13B protein binds to TNFRSF13B and TNFRSF17, stimulating B- and T-cell function and regulating humoral immunity. It also interacts with TNFSF13, promoting the survival and response of mature B-cells. Interestingly, BAFF/TNFSF13B isoform 2 inhibits isoform 1's secretion and bioactivity. BAFF/TNFSF13B Protein, Mouse (Biotinylated) is the recombinant mouse-derived BAFF/TNFSF13B protein, expressed by HEK293 , with tag free. The total length of BAFF/TNFSF13B Protein, Mouse (Biotinylated) is 183 a.a., with molecular weight of 20-25 kDa.
