描述

The CNDP2 protein is a catalyst that coordinates the oxidative cleavage of heme at the α-methylene bridge carbon, releasing carbon monoxide (CO) and generating biliverdin IXalpha. This enzymatic process releases ferrous iron from the central heme iron chelate. CNDP2 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived CNDP2 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of CNDP2 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is 475 a.a., with molecular weight of ~54.2 kDa.
