The CNGA4 protein is a regulatory subunit of cation-selective cyclic nucleotide-gated (CNG) channels in olfactory sensory neurons that responds to cAMP to induce depolarization. This critical role in odorant signal transduction and adaptation enhances neural responses to olfactory stimulation. CNGA4 Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His, SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived CNGA4 protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag. The total length of CNGA4 Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His, SUMO) is 575 a.a., with molecular weight of 82 kDa.
