DLAT protein is an important component of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, which mainly promotes the conversion of pyruvate into acetyl-CoA and CO2. This enzymatic step establishes a critical link between glycolysis and the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle. DLAT Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived DLAT protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag. The total length of DLAT Protein, Human (sf9, His) is 561 a.a., with molecular weight of ~62.1 kDa.
