This homotetrameric molecular gatekeeper facilitates pH-dependent passage of potassium ions. KCSA Protein, Streptomyces coelicolor (Cell-Free, His) is the recombinant KCSA protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free, with N-10*His labeled tag.
