The SAR1A protein critically facilitates intracellular transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus. Through SAR1A-GTP-dependent assembly, it organizes endoplasmic reticulum exit sites (ERES), forming a scaffold that defines these sites. SAR1A Protein, Human (GST) is the recombinant human-derived SAR1A protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-GST labeled tag.
