The UGT1A7 protein is a UDP-glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) that plays a key catalytic role in phase II reactions, conjugating lipophilic substrates with glucuronic acid to enhance water solubility and promote excretion. This enzymatic activity is critical for the elimination of drugs, xenobiotics, and endogenous compounds. UGT1A7 Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His) is the recombinant human-derived UGT1A7 protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-10*His labeled tag.
