YopB, a vital component of the type III secretion system (T3SS), injects bacterial effectors into host cells by forming a membrane pore with YopD. Crucial for virulence, YopB facilitates effector translocation, including YopE, in Yersinia infections. While not directly targeting effectors, YopB may influence the host's immune response. YopB Protein, Yersinia enterocolitica (Cell-Free, His, SUMO) is the recombinant YopB protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
