Z-VAD-FMK (GMP) is Z-VAD-FMK (HY-16658B) in GMP grade. GMP-grade small molecules can be used as auxiliary reagents in cell therapy. Z-VAD-FMK (Z-VAD(OH)-FMK) is a well-know pan caspase inhibitor, which does not inhibit ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase L1 (UCHL1) activity even at concentrations as high as 440 μM[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Z-VAD-FMK (GMP) (40 μM) 逆转 Solanum lyratum Thunb (TSSLT) 总皂苷对 Hela 细胞的凋亡作用。HeLa 细胞用 Z-VAD-FMK (40 μM) 预处理 30 分钟，然后暴露于 TSSLT (6 μg/mL) 48 小时[2]。
