Zalifrelimab (AGEN1884) is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4 (CTLA-4). Zalifrelimab antagonizes the inhibitory checkpoints of immune cell activation regulated by CTLA-4 signaling[1].
