Anti-Mouse DR5/CD262 Antibody (MD5-1) is an anti-mouse DR5/CD262 IgG monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse DR5/CD262 Antibody (MD5-1) can eliminate myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and enhance T cell anti-tumor immunity. Anti-Mouse DR5/CD262 Antibody (MD5-1) can be used for research on cancer such as gastric and colon cancer[1][2].

Anti-Mouse DR5/CD262 Antibody (MD5-1) (50 μg，腹腔注射，每 3 天一次) 可以耗尽携带 EMT-6 肿瘤的 BALB/c 小鼠的髓系衍生抑制细胞 (MDSC)[1]。
Anti-Mouse DR5/CD262 Antibody (MD5-1) (50 μg，腹腔注射，每 3 天一次，共 3 次) 显著抑制携带 MFC 肿瘤的雌性 615 小鼠或携带 MC38 肿瘤的 C57BL/6 小鼠的肿瘤生长[2]。

Animal Model: 5×105 EMT-6 cells injected BALB/c mice[1]
Dosage: 50 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days
Result: Reduced the number of MDSCs.
Animal Model: 1×106 MFC cells injected female 615 mice (5-7 weeks) or 5×105 MC38 cells injected female C57BL/6 mice (5-7 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 50 μg, combined with PD-L1 mAb (HY-P99145) (200 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days, for 3 times
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor volume.
Significantly prolonged the survival period of mice.
Significantly increased infiltration of CD4+ and CD8+ cells.
Significantly reduced the proportion of MDSC.
Enhanced secretion of IFN-γ and TNF-α.
Had good safety in vivo.
