Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) is a rat derived IgG2b monoclonal agonist antibody targeting mouse GITR. Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) can activate T cells and B cells to enhance immune response. Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) selectively enhances Th2 cell effector function through GITR signaling. Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) may exacerbate allergic reactions. Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) can be used for research on cancer and allergic conditions such as colon cancer and allergic asthma. The recommed isotype control of Anti-Mouse GITR Antibody (DTA-1) is Rat IgG2b kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P990682)[1][2][3].

Animal Model: 1×106 MC-38 cells injected wild type C57BL/6 mice (5-6 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 3.0 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 7, 9, and 11
Result: Significantly inhibited the increase in tumor volume.
Increased the proportion of CD8+ T cells and regulatory T cells (Treg) within the tumor.
Animal Model: Wild type C57BL/6 mice (Healthy or bearing MC-38 tumors) (5-6 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 3.0 mg/kg for healthy mice, 0.1, 0.3, 1.0, 3.0, and 10.0 mg/kg for mice bearing MC-38 mice
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0, 4, and 11 or on day 0, 4, 11 and 18
Result: Caused a decrease in body temperature and behavioral abnormalities in mice.
Increased IL-4 and IgE levels.
Animal Model: 3×105 CT26 or 1×105 EMT6 cells injected female Balb/c and 3×105 CT26 cells injected CD40−/− mice[2]
Dosage: 500 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 7 and 14
Result: Significantly regressed 85% of the tumor in Balb/c mice and 50% of the tumor in CD40−/− mice. Increased the number of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells.
Increased the level of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-5, and IL-10.
Increased serum IgG1 and IgG2a levels by 20 fold and 7.5 fold and generated tumor reactive IgG1 antibodies.
Animal Model: OVA (10 μg, i.p., on day 0 and 7; 10 mg/ml, inhalation, on day 21, 24 and 27) induced male BALB/c mice[3]
Dosage: 1 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose, 1 h before the first OVA challenge
Result: Significantly enhanced sensitivity to acetylcholine.
Significantly increased OVA specific IgE levels.
Had no significant change in the number of eosinophils and lymphocyte infiltration.
Significantly increased the level of IL-5, IL-10 and IL-13.
