Cosibelimab  (Synonyms: 柯希利单抗; CK-301; TG-1501)

Cosibelimab (CK-301) is a high-affinity, fully human PD-L1-blocking monoclonal antibody that binds PD-L1 and blocks its interaction with PD-1. Cosibelimab exhibits antitumor efficacy^[1].

  Immobilized PD-L1 Protein, Human can bind Cosibelimab. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 18.75 ng/mL.
• 
  Flow cytometric analysis of 10⁶ Jurkat cells with Cosibelimab (HY-P99833, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 lambda1 (HY-P99992, blue) was used as the isotype control.
