Diprotin A (100 μM；CXCR4 阻滞剂或 Src 抑制剂处理后 30 分钟) 在人内皮细胞的常氧和 H/R 条件下诱导 hEC 中 Src[Tyr 416]和 VE-钙粘蛋白[Tyr731]的磷酸化并破坏 CXCR4 (SDF-1α 受体) 阻断剂或 Src 抑制剂减弱内皮细胞间连接[1]。
