Trebananib (2xCon4C) is an Fc fusion peptibody. Trebananib exerts its effects by blocking the binding of angiopoietin 1 (Ang1) and angiopoietin 2 (Ang2) to the TIE2 receptor. Trebananib has anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor activities[1][2][3].

Trebananib (5.6 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每周 2 次) 在透明细胞肾细胞癌小鼠模型中具有抗肿瘤的活性[3]。
