Wy 27569 is a thromboxane synthase inhibitor that can reshape prostaglandin balance, reduce pro thrombotic TXA2, and increase anti thrombotic PGI2. Wy 27569 can be used for research on cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and angina[1].
