Zampilimab  (Synonyms: 佐比利单抗; UCB-7858)

Zampilimab (UCB-7858) is a monoclonal antibody against transglutaminase 2 (TG2). Zampilimab inhibits TG2 crosslinking transamidation activity with an IC₅₀ of 0.25 nM and a K_d of <50 pM. Zampilimab improves renal fibrosis^[1][2][3].

Zampilimab 抑制 TG2 交联转酰胺基活性，IC₅₀ 为 0.25 nM，K_d 为 <50 pM^[3]。
Zampilimab (平均 IC₅₀ 范围从胶原蛋白 V 的 35 nM 到纤连蛋白的 50 nM) 可抑制原代人肾小管间质纤维化上皮细胞模型中多种细胞外基质蛋白的积累，包括胶原蛋白 I、III、IV、V 和纤连蛋白^[3]。
Zampilimab (183-733 nM) 可减缓 WI-38 细胞和 A549 细胞中的伤口闭合^[3]。
