Anti-Mouse Ly6G/Ly6C Antibody (NIMP-R14) can be used for researches on infection conditions and cancer such as pancreatic cancer and Orientia tsutsugamushi infection[1][2].

Anti-Mouse Ly6G/Ly6C Antibody (NIMP-R14) (100 μg，腹腔注射，每周两次，直至实验结束) 与T 细胞结合双特异性抗体 (T-BsAbs) 联合使用，可显著延缓携带 SW1990 肿瘤的 BALB/c 小鼠肿瘤生长[1]。
Anti-Mouse Ly6G/Ly6C Antibody (NIMP-R14) (250 μg，腹腔注射，第 -1、0、1 和 2 天) 不会显著改变感染恙虫病东方体的雌性 C57BL/6 小鼠的皮肤和细菌负荷[2]。

Animal Model: 2-3×106 SW1990 cells injected BALB/c mice (6-10 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 100 μg, combined with T-BsAb (2 μg or 10 μg, i.v.)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice a week, until the end of the experiment
Result: Improved survival rate and promoted T cell infiltration into tumors.
Improved the immunosuppressive state in the tumor microenvironment and enhanced the efficacy of T-BsAb.
Reduced immunosuppressive myeloid cells in the tumor microenvironment.
Animal Model: Orientia tsutsugamushi infected female C57BL/6 mice (8-10 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day -1, 0, 1 and 2
Result: Reduced the number of neutrophils.
Did not significantly alter the skin.
Did not alter draining lymph nodes (dLN) or bacterial load in the internal organs.
