Anti-Mouse OX40L/CD134L Antibody (RM134L) reduces immune response by inhibiting the OX40/OX40L signaling pathway. Anti-Mouse OX40L/CD134L Antibody (RM134L) can inhibit plasma cell differentiation and antibody secretion. Anti-Mouse OX40L/CD134L Antibody (RM134L) can prolong the survival time of cell transplantation by inhibiting CD4+ T cells. Anti-Mouse OX40L/CD134L Antibody (RM134L) can be used for research on inflammation and cancer such as graft versus host disease (GVHD), allergic reaction, lupus nephritis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)[1][2][3][4].

Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0, 2, 4 and 8 for early stage, on day 21, 23, 25 and 29 for late stage
Result: Delayed antibody production.
Had no significant effect on the humoral and effector cell levels of allergic reactions, only slightly inhibiting T cell responses when OX40L mAb is used alone.
Animal Model: T cells injected B10.BR/SgSnJ (H2k) mice (8-10 weeks)[2]

Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once daily until day 5, then three times a week until day 28

Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice weekly, for 10 weeks
Result: Reduced anti dsDNA antibodies and proteinuria.
Reduced renal IgG and C3 deposition.
Reduced the proportion of Th1 and Tfh cells in the spleen.
Animal Model: KLH (0.5 mg/mL) injected female C57BL/6J mice (8 weeks)[4]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once daily, for 3 weeks
Result: Reduced serum IgG1, IgG2b, IgG3, IgA, IgM levels.
Reduced the number and area of hair growth centers (GC).
Inhibited the proportion of plasma derived cells and Tfh cells in the spleen and lymph nodes.
