生物活性

CVT-2738 is an orally active metabolite of Ranolazine (HY-B0280). CVT-2738 has a protective effect against Isoprenaline (HY-108353)-induced myocardial ischemia in mice. CVT-2738 can be used in myocardial ischemia research[1].

CVT-2738 (100 mg/kg，灌胃，单剂量) 在 Isoprenaline (HY-108353) 诱导的小鼠心肌缺血模型中具有改善/保护作用[1]。

Animal Model: Isoprenaline (0.5 mL/20 g, s.c.)-induced myocardial ischemia injury Kunming mice (half male and half female weighing 20-30 g) model[1]
Dosage: 100 mg/kg
Administration: i.g., once
Result: Inhibited the elevation of T-waves, comparing with Ranolazine, no remarkable difference was found.
Inhibited the extension of R-R interval, but less potent than that of Ranolazine.
Had very remarkable effect on cardiac index, but had no significant inhibition of the elevation of myocardial water content.
