EGFR/BRAFV600E-IN-2 (compound 3g) is a potential multi-target inhibitor of EGFR, BRAFV600E, and EGFRT790M, and an inducer of apoptosis. EGFR/BRAFV600E-IN-2 can activate caspase-3, 8, and Bax, and downregulate the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl2, inducing apoptosis. EGFR/BRAF V600E-IN-2 also has antioxidant activity and DPPH free radical scavenging potency[1].

EGFR/BRAFV600E-IN-2 (compound 3g) 有效抑制四种人类癌细胞系：Panc-1 (胰腺癌细胞系)、MCF-7 (乳腺癌细胞系)、HT-29 (结肠癌细胞系) 和 A-549 (人类上皮癌细胞系)，抑制活性好于 Erlotinib (HY-50896)[1]。
EGFR/BRAFV600E-IN-2 在 10 µM 时表现出良好的抗氧化活性，DPPH 自由基清除率为 70.6%[1]。
