Ezabenlimab  (Synonyms: BI-754091)

Ezabenlimab (BI-754091) is an anti-PD-1 mAb with binding constant K_d value of 6 nM (CHO cells). Ezabenlimab blocks the interaction of PD-1 with PD-L1 and PD-L2. Ezabenlimab increases interferon-γ secretion in T cells, and inhibits tumor growth in vivo^[1].

Ezabenlimab 抑制 CHO 细胞中 PD-1 与 PD-L1 和 PD-L2 的相互作用，IC₉₀ 分别为 4.14 nM 和 3.98 nM；抑制食蟹动物PD-1与PD-L1和PD-L2的相互作用，IC₉₀ 分别为 5.61 nM 和 7.54 nM^[1]。
Ezabenlimab 增加原发性人抗原经历的 CD3 阳性 T 细胞中 IFN-γ 的分泌，EC₅₀ 值为 0.9 nM^[1]。
Ezabenlimab (200 nM) 与 BI 754111 有协同作用，导致 IFN-γ 分泌的进一步增加^[1]。
