Minocycline-d₆ sulfate is deuterated labeled Minocycline (HY-17412A). Minocycline is an orally effective semi-synthetic tetracycline antibiotic and HIF-1α inhibitor that can penetrate the blood-brain barrier. Minocycline has bacteriostatic, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective properties and antidepressant effects.
