PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-31 (Compound 8) (4-24 小时) 显著降解表达 BRD4-HiBiT 转基因的 HEK293T 细胞中 BRD4 水平，其DC50, 4 小时 为 164 nM，DC50, 24 小时 为 80 nM[1]。
PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-31 (0.1-10 µM，24 小时) 通过蛋白酶体介导的机制有效降解 SK-BR-3 细胞中的内源性 BRD4 蛋白，24 小时最大降解率为 94%[1]。

Partially rescued the degradation effect by MG-132 (HY-13259).
