PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-32 connects the BRD4-binding domain and CRBN-binding domain through a unique carbon-carbon linked linker to form a ternary complex, inducing ubiquitination of BRD4 for proteasomal degradation. PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-32 is promising for research of BRD4-related cancers (such as hematological malignancies).
