Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) is an agonistic rat-derived IgG2a monoclonal antibody targeting mouse CD40. Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) enhances T cells responses, dendritic cells maturation and NK cells activation. Anti-Mouse CD40 Antibody (FGK4.5/FGK45) can be used for the researches of cancer, infection, inflammation and immunology, such as CT26 tumor, vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) infection and transplantation[1][2][3].

Animal Model: CT26/MC38 tumor mice models[1]
Dosage: 200 μg at day 0 and 100 μg at day 3, 7, 10
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, companied with anti-IL-15
Result: Prolonged survival of mice.
Suppressed tumor growth.
Showed increased lysis activity of NK cells at days 2 and 5.
Animal Model: Vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV)- infected mice models[2]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 1 day after infection
Result: Resulted in a nearly three-fold larger memory CD8+ T cell population.
Increased proportion of IFNγ+ TNFα+dual producing CD8+ T cells.
Animal Model: Vascularized heart transplanted mice models[3]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intravenously injection, at day 0 and 1
Result: Increased immunogenic macrophages and IFN-γ expression.
