Anti-Mouse IL-6 Antibody (MP5-20F3) is an anti-mouse IL-6 IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse IL-6 Antibody (MP5-20F3) reshapes the tumor microenvironment by blocking IL-6. Anti-Mouse IL-6 Antibody (MP5-20F3) can inhibit the STAT3 pathway and enhance T cell infiltration. Anti-Mouse IL-6 Antibody (MP5-20F3) can be used for research on inflammation and infection conditions such as malignant pleural effusion (MPE)[1][2].

(In Vivo)

Anti-Mouse IL-6 Antibody (MP5-20F3) (200 μg, i.p., 在第 7 天和第 14 天) 显著减少了携带 Lewis 肺癌 (LLC) 肿瘤的雄性 C57BL/6J 小鼠的恶性胸腔积液 (MPE) 的体积，延长了存活时间，并增强了 CD8+ T 细胞的浸润[1]。

Animal Model: 5×105 LLC or LLC-LUC cells injected male C57BL/6J mice (6 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 200 μg, combinated with anti-PD-L1 mAb (200 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 7 and 14
Result: Significantly reduced MPE volume of mice.
Effectively prolonged survival period.
Enhanced CD8+ T cell infiltration and reduced Tregs and macrophages.
Reduced iCAFs and increased myCAFs.
Reduced PD-L1 and IL-6 expression, inhibited STAT3 activation.
Animal Model: Plasmodium yoelii XNL infected female Balb/c mice (6-8 weeks) and Plasmodium berghei NK65 infected female C57BL/6 mice (6-8 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 0.4 mg, combinated with LDN193189 (3 mg/kg) (HY-12071)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once daily from day 0 to day 5 or 6
Result: Restored hepcidin to baseline levels.
