使用方法
1）10 μg 的 RNase B，加入 1 μL 的 500 mM sodium acetate (pH 7.5)，用去离子水定容到 10 μL；
2）加入 1-2 μL 的 EndoH，轻轻吹打混匀；
3）37 ℃ 孵育 1 h；
4）用 SDS-PAGE 或质谱分析。
注：孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况进行优化。
