Epinastine-¹³C,d₃ hydrobromide  (Synonyms: 依匹斯汀-¹³C,d₃; WAL801-¹³C,d₃ hydrobromide)

Epinastine-¹³C,d₃ (hydrobromide) is the ¹³C- and deuterium labeled Epinastine. Epinastine (WAL801) is an antihistamine and mast cell stabilizer. Epinastine is a potent, selective and orally-active histamine H1 receptor antagonist. Epinastine also inhibits IL-8 release and has an antiallergic action[1][2][3][4].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[68].
