Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) is an anti-mouse Galectin-9 IgG2b monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) promotes inflammatory response by enhancing the secretion of IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-6. Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) can increase CD8 T cell and Treg frequency. Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) reduces graft survival time by increasing CD4+ and CD8+ T cell infiltration. Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) can be used for researches on inflammation conditions, cancer and xenotransplantation such as ischemia-reperfusion, colon cancer, breast cancer and leukemia[1][2][3][4].

Animal Model: Male BALB/c mice (8-10 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 0.2 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), 3 times a week, for 8 weeks
Result: Significantly shortened the survival time of corneal grafts.
Significantly increased CD4+ and CD8+ T cell infiltration.
Animal Model: 3×105 MC38 cells injected female C57BL/6J mice and 1×105 EMT-6 cells injected BALB/c mice (4 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 100 μg, combined with GITR mAb (100 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days, for 3 times
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor volume.
Significantly prolonged the survival period of mice.
Increased the frequency of TIM-3+ CD8 T cells and Treg when used alone with RG9-1.
Cleared Treg and significantly increased CD8/Treg ratio combined with GITR mAb.
Animal Model: 1×107 TCL1 cells injected female C57BL/6 mice (8-12 weeks)[4]
Dosage: 6 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), 3 times every weeks, for 7 weeks
Result: Reduced the number of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells in peripheral blood.
Significantly reduced spleen weight.
Reduced the number of TIM3+ T cells and enhanced the function of CD8+ T cells.
