Selatogrel (ACT-246475) is a reversible and selective P2Y12 receptor antagonist which inhibits platelet aggregation with an IC50 of 8 nM. Selatogrel exhibits antithrombotic efficacy[1].

(In Vivo)

Selatogrel (0-0.1 mg/kg，静脉注射，单剂量) 剂量依赖性地阻断 wistar 大鼠体内由 FeCl3 引起的血栓形成并减少手术中的失血量sup>[1]。

Animal Model: FeCl3 induced arterial injury in wistar rats[1]
Dosage: 0-0.1 mg/kg
Administration: i.v., 5 minutes before arterial injury
Result: Prevented the FeCl3-induced thrombotic occlusions in a dose-dependent manner with minimal observed surgical blood loss of 0.4 g.
