PZ703b (0-1 μM, 48 h) 抑制 MOLT-4 和 RS4;11 的细胞活性 IC50 值分别为 15.9 和 11.3 nM[2]。
PZ703b hydrochloride (10 nM, 48 h) 通过 caspase-3 介导的通路诱导 MOLT-4 细胞凋亡和 BCL-XL 的降解[2]。
