生物活性

BIHC is a TNF blocker with anti-inflammatory activity. BIHC can significantly inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells and exhibits potent cytotoxicity against the HepG2 cell line, capable of inducing cell apoptosis , while demonstrating relatively low toxicity towards normal hepatocytes. Additionally, BIHC can be used for research on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)[1].

BIHC (5-25 μM; 24-72 h) 可显著抑制肝细胞癌 (HCC) 细胞增殖,其体外抗 HepG2 细胞活性的 IC50 值为 6.4 μM,并能在体外抑制 TNF-α 与其抗体的结合,IC50 为 16.5 μM[1]

BIHC (5 mg/kg; i.p.,Once daily for 5 days) 可显著缓解葡聚糖硫酸钠 (DSS) 诱导的 Swiss albino 小鼠结肠炎,降低促炎因子 TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6 水平,同时上调抗炎因子 IL-10[1]
