Keracyanin chloride  (Synonyms: 花青素鼠李葡糖苷; Cyanidin 3-rutinoside chloride; Cyanidin 3-O-rutinoside chloride; Sambucin chloride)

Keracyanin chloride inhibits NF-κB/FAK/MAPK signaling pathway. Keracyanin chloride exhibits antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic effects, and is orally active^{[1][2][3][4][5]}.

Keracyanin chloride (0.8 μM, 48 h) 可抑制 NF-κB p65 的磷酸化水平，抑制 THP-1 细胞中 PPAR-γ 的蛋白表达，下调炎症相关基因 TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6 和 MCP-1 的表达^[3]。
